Cosmic Games offers a limited 30-day warranty on all parts and labor associated with the proceeding repair. The limited 30-day warranty covers manufacture-related part defects but does not cover supplemental or liquid damage. Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage by the customer or technician. Manufacture-related defect symptoms include but are not limited to: spontaneous or intermittent device touchscreen or LCD malfunction, battery issues, or malfunctioning wireless interfaces. Devices not claimed within 30 days of requested pickup become property of Cosmic Games. Labor costs are non-refundable and time-frames for repairs may vary due to reasons including, but not limited to: shipping errors for parts, availability of parts, or condition of devices.
